Workspaces
A Workspace keeps a team's data, domains, templates and analytics isolated from every other workspace. This screen is for reviewing workspaces and managing their membership — workspaces are created through registration and edited from the workspace profile, so there is no create/edit form here.
The Workspaces list
The list shows each workspace's internal name and description. Open a row to view it (read-only) and reach its membership.
Managing members
Open a workspace's Users tab to manage who belongs to it. Attach adds an existing user (only users not already in the workspace are offered); Detach removes one. Both require permission to update the workspace.
Deleting a workspace
The Delete workspace action permanently removes a workspace — there is no undo. Because this is destructive and wide-reaching, it asks you to choose what happens to its data:
- Transfer members to another workspace — pick a destination workspace to move the members into, then delete this one.
- Delete along with the workspace — remove the workspace and its members together.
You can't delete the workspace you're currently in, and the action is only available to users with permission to delete workspaces.
