Interaction Report
The Interaction Report drills into engagement at the widget level — which widgets, on which Branded Pages and Sites, drove the most interactions, and what kind. Use it to learn what visitors actually click, tap and copy.
Like Snapshot, this is part of the optional analytics feature; it won't appear if analytics isn't enabled or your role lacks access.
Filters
- Date range — a preset or a custom From/To.
- Visitor type — Human or Bot.
- Page — limit to one Branded Page.
- Site — limit to one Branded Site.
- Widget type — limit to one kind of widget (only widget types that are actionable appear).
- Interaction type — limit to one action (button, link, WhatsApp, phone, email, map, download, contact card, copy, audio, gallery).
What it shows
- KPI cards — total interactions, active widgets, the top interaction, and the top page.
- Breakdown bars — interactions by type, and the top widgets.
- Detail table — interactions by widget, with the page, site, widget, widget type, interaction type, count and share of total.
Names are kept stable even for resources that were later deleted, so historical rows still read clearly. If there are no interactions for the filters, the page says so.
