Storage

The Storage page is an inventory of Brand Vault assets by file size — how much space they use, which types take the most, who owns them, and what's sitting unused. It reads the current footprint live (not from rolled-up stats).

This is part of the optional analytics feature and is intended for administrator roles; it won't appear if analytics isn't enabled or your role lacks access.

Filters

• Timeline — a date range and interval that scopes the growth chart only.
• Owner workspace — focus on assets owned by a specific workspace.
• Asset type — limit to certain asset types.
• Tags — limit to tagged assets.
• Usage — All, In use, or Unused.

What it shows

• KPI cards — total Brand Vault storage, the number of assets, unused storage (a reclaim opportunity), and the whole-tenant media footprint.
• Growth chart — assets created over time (the only widget that honors the timeline filter).
• By file type chart — which asset types use the most storage right now.
• Inventory table — every asset with its owner workspace, type, tags, size, usage and dates, sortable by size to find the biggest files.

Use Unused plus the inventory table to find large assets nothing references — good candidates to clean up. If nothing matches the filters, the page says so.
