Tags

A Tag is a reusable label you attach to records (links, Brand Vault assets and more) to organize and filter them. This screen manages your workspace's tag vocabulary so the same labels are used consistently everywhere.

Creating or editing a tag

A tag has a single field, Name, which must be unique in the current language. Because tag names are translatable, you can give a tag a different name per locale.

Using tags

Tags appear in the Internal Management section of most records and as a filter in list views, so you can quickly narrow a list to everything sharing a label. Tags are for internal organization only and are never shown publicly.

Deleting

Tags support full create/edit/delete. Deleting a tag removes it from the vocabulary (it no longer applies to records); it does not delete the records that were tagged.
