My Profile

My Profile is your personal account page, reached from the account menu in the top-right corner. It's where you manage your own details, security and preferences — it doesn't affect other users.

Personal information

Update your Name and Email. Your email must be unique across the portal.

Update password

Change your password by entering your current one and the new one twice.

Two-factor authentication

Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security: scan the QR code with an authenticator app, confirm a one-time code, and save your recovery codes. 2FA is optional but recommended; you can disable it again here.

Location preferences

• Language — the language the portal is shown in. Changing it applies immediately.
• Timezone — the timezone used to display dates and times.
