Domains
A Domain is a custom web address you register so your Branded URLs, Pages and Sites can live on your own brand's domain instead of a default one. Each domain is owned by a workspace and must complete DNS + TLS verification before it's ready to serve traffic.
The Domains list
The list shows each domain and its Status — Ready once verification is complete, or Pending while it's still being set up. Use Refresh to re-check a domain's status, open View for the DNS instructions, or Edit its settings.
Adding or editing a domain
The form has two tabs:
- General — the Domain name itself, plus a Redirection fieldset: where to send visitors who hit a Not found path, and an optional Index / Home page redirect for the bare domain.
- Ownership — the Workspace that owns the domain.
DNS verification
Open View to see exactly what to add at your DNS provider. The page lists:
- The A records to point your domain at the platform.
- The certificate validation record (a CNAME) to prove ownership and issue the TLS certificate.
After you add these records, use Refresh — the domain becomes Ready once the certificate is issued and associated and the server name is registered. DNS changes can take some time to propagate.
Deleting
A domain that still has links or sites attached is protected from deletion (you'll be told it's in use). Domains support trash/restore; some system domains can't be renamed or deleted.
