Getting started

Welcome to linkable.id — the platform for building branded pages, short links and QR codes, organizing your brand assets, and tracking how people engage with everything you publish.

This help center explains, screen by screen, how to use the portal. Use the search box at the top to jump straight to a topic, or browse the sections in the left sidebar.

What you can do here

  • Branded Pages (Entries) — single, block-based pages people land on, each with its own short link and QR code.
  • Branded Sites — collections of Branded Pages grouped under one address, with a menu and categories.
  • Widgets (Components) — the building blocks (text, buttons, galleries, contact details, downloads and more) that make up your pages.
  • Brand Vault & Folders — your central library of logos, fonts, icons, colors, documents and other brand assets.
  • Themes & Templates — reusable layouts, QR styles, widget styles and preview (SEO) templates that keep everything on-brand.
  • Analytics — visits, clicks and engagement for everything you publish.

Workspaces

Everything you create lives inside a workspace (also called a team). A workspace keeps its data, domains, templates and analytics separate from every other workspace.

  • The workspace you are currently in is shown in the top-left workspace switcher.
  • If you belong to more than one workspace, use that switcher to move between them.
  • Records created in one workspace are private to it, unless they are explicitly shared with another workspace.

Finding your way around

The left sidebar groups everything into a few areas:

  • Main resources — Branded Pages, Branded Sites, Widgets, Branded URLs, Brand Vault and Folders.
  • Templates — preview (SEO) templates.
  • Themes — QR, layout and widget styles.
  • Settings — workspace, domains, users, scripts, tags and import logs.

The top search (the spotlight) jumps to any resource quickly. Inside any list you can filter, sort and search by the internal name, description and tags you assign to each record.

The help button

Every screen has a Help & docs button in the bottom-left corner. Open it to read the documentation for the exact screen you are on, search the whole help center, or open the full documentation in a new tab. This help center is public and the same for every workspace, so you can share a direct link to any page.

Changing the language

The documentation is available in English and Spanish. Use the language toggle at the top of the help center to switch; your selection is kept as you browse.
